Tigray forces and Oromo Liberation Army fighters have made more gains in the Amhara region of Ethiopia. They have taken control of major towns in the Oromia Special Zone.
Yesterday Tigray fighters and OLA members entered two major towns of the Oromia special zone. The towns are Senbete and Ataye. For the last 1 week, fighting was going on for the control of Senbete & Ataye towns. Earlier TDF & OLA captured Kemisee town in Oromia Special Zone around 10 days ago. Now major towns in the Oromia special zone of the Amhara region are under TDF & OLA.
After taking main towns in Oromia special zone, Tigray forces and Oromo Liberation Army fighters are entering North Shewa zone of the Amhara region. In North Shewa, they are already in control of Majete town. Now the duo is moving towards Shewa Robit, a key town in the North Shewa zone of the Amhara region.
