United Nations spokesperson said in a press briefing a few hours ago that Ethiopian government forces had returned most of the trucks of the World Food Program in Dessie and Kombolcha.
Two days ago, Sajid Nadeem, prominent Pakistani geopolitical analyst and conflict reporter reported in a video on his YouTube channel #MyViewsonNews that Ethiopian government forces were using trucks of World Food Program’s fleet in Kombolcha.
According to the UN official spokesperson, 18 trucks were seized by force by Ethiopian National Defence Forces and their allied forces on December 10 in Kombolcha, but most of these trucks were returned afterward. However, three trucks are still unaccounted for.
