UN Human Rights Commission today released its findings into reports of human rights abuses in the Tigray region of Ethiopia. UN body says that all parties to the Tigray conflict i.e. Ethiopian Federal Forces, Amhara Regional Forces, Eritrean troops, and Tigray forces committed human rights abuses in Tigray between November 2020 and June 2021. The Tigray government has rejected this report. Meanwhile Ethiopian air force today carried out another airstrike on Tigray. This time Adi Hageray in northern Tigray was hit. The Ethiopian government, in a statement, said that a training facility of TPLF fighters was targeted by today’s airstrike.
