Addis Ababa Offers Land for Lease

Addis Ababa City Administration Land Development and Management Bureau has announced the 4th round of land lease tender. Several sites have been offered for lease auction. 143,140 square meter of land has been offered.

The lease auction will remain open from October 18 to 31, 2024. Lands offered for auction are located in all the sub-districts of the capital city except Kirkos sub city. This is the 4th round of lease bidding since 2023.

Additional information:

• Non-refundable fee for one tender document is 2,300 birr.
• The tender document can be purchased through Telebirr mobile application
• The bidders are advised to go to the place where the places are located and offer the price by looking at the general condition of the places.
• A bidder cannot bid for more than one position in a single bidding round. If more than one place is bid, the bidder will be out of bid.
• Bidders must deposit 50% of the total price multiplied by the starting price by bank payment order / CPO / the amount specified in the newspaper for the location code
