Ethiopian Prime Minister, Abiy Ahmad, visited Kenya a few hours ago. Ethiopian or Kenyan governments have not issued any official statement in this regard so far. Kenyan President, Uhuru Kenyatta, issued a statement 2 days ago calling for a cessation of hostilities and the start of inclusive dialogue to resolve the Ethiopian conflict. Meanwhile, Obasano Olusegun, former Nigerian President appointed as a mediator to resolve the Tigray conflict by African Union, has held talks with Tigray leaders yesterday in Tigray capital Mekelle. Getachew Reda, Tigray President Spokesperson, said a few hours ago that the meeting between Tigray President Debretsion Gebremichael and Olusegun Obasanjo was fruitful and good.
