US tells its citizens in Ethiopia to make preparations for their exit | UN to release report on war crimes committed in Tigray & Amhara in coming hours

The United States and Russia have advised their citizens against traveling to Ethiopia due to the worsening security situation. The US is calling upon its citizens in Addis Ababa to be prepared to leave. Meanwhile, UN human rights body is, in coming hours, due to release an inquiry report about war crimes committed in Tigray and Amhara regions of Ethiopia.
