Commercial Bank of Ethiopia women’s soccer team has won the CECAFA zone African champions league cup.
The CAF Women’s Champions League CECAFA Qualifiers, sometimes called CECAFA Women’s Champions League is an annual international women’s association football club competition. The tournament is organized by the Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations, and involves the top women’s club teams of association members nations. It is the female counterpart of the CAF Champions League
From Commercial Bank of Ethiopia team, Senaf Wakuma scored the only winning goal against Kenyan Police Bullet. The CBE team won with 1 to 0.
CECAFA kicked off the CAF Women’s Champions League 2024 Zonal Qualifiers in Addis Ababa’s Abebe Bikila Stadium in Ethiopia on August 17.
